Reviews: businesses with 100+ unique customers a month qualify for 30 reviews in 90 days; 50–99 a month qualify for 15. Requires your customer contact list with texting consent. The 90-day clock starts the day the review workflow goes live. If we miss, the review module is free until you hit the number.
Publishing (blog, social, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, press releases): if we miss a scheduled post and it’s our fault, that module is free that month. Delays from account changes on your side, revoked access, or platform outages don’t count, and time spent waiting on your approval pauses the clock. Press releases: up to 2 a month; requires your own distribution service (we’ll help you choose one); our clock covers drafting and submission — time waiting on your details or approval is yours.
